Hello!
We are proposing installing a single zone ductless heat pump at the address 632 Bell St #202. This unit is
on the second floor on the right hand side of the building. The unit will be installed on the customers
patio. The first picture below shows with an arrow of the floor the unit will be installed on. The unit is
the rear unit of that floor though. The unit will be 24.81" tall x 37" wide x 14.94" deep. The unit has a
maxium sound rating of 50dB(A) in cooling and 51dB(A) in heating. The unit will be surrounded by the
siding of the deck meaning there will be no direct line of sight nor direct path for noise polution. There
will be no lines on the side of the building the line will go directly from the patio into the living room to
the only head unit.
