I am Kathleen M Hare, President of Glenview Condominiums located at 616 Glen
Street, Edmonds, VITA 98020. l am writing you to relay the HOA's approval of the
subject project in Unit #202 recently purchases by Martin and Fabian I_oken.
The subject project entails the installation of a Mitsubishi ductless heat pump
system for the master bedroom located on the top floor of the building on the
southeast corner. The outdoor unit will be mounted on a pad with a interior cassette
in the ceiling of the master bedroom, connected by a line set and hide, electrical
and communication wires, with a condensate drain, all operated by a remote
control. The work will be performed by Affordable Heating & Cooling, Inc and
Performance Electric, both highly experienced and reputable firms.
