OBSERVATIONS
RGI was onsite to observe the wall construction progress.
Contractor has finished placing the third layer of blocks. Perforated drain pipe has been surrounded by
drain rock to V below the top block, and surrounded with filter fabric along the entire length of the wall.
The front and back of the wall have been loosely backfilled with native materials. A jumping jack is on site
but nothing appears to have been compacted yet.
The cuts have mostly been backfilled and
are stable or sloped
No tracking was observed and a silt
fence is installed on the downslope
portion of the project below the wall
location.
