Aard Pest Control began the rodent abatement for the house located at 1012 Walnut St
Edmonds, WA 98020 on February 9t'', 2021. Our technician, Rob, inspected the property and
placed baiting/monitoring equipment around the structure. He returned on February 261'', 2021 to
further assess the rodent activity. There was notable rodent activity in the stations at that time,
and further baiting/monitoring equipment was placed. Rob returned on March 261, 2021 to
reinspect the rodent population and assess the abatement program, the equipment showed a large
improvement in overall infestation, and low rodent activity overall. After the conclusion of the
rodent assessment, Rob refilled and left the baiting/monitoring equipment around the structure;
no further services are necessary at this time.
