Dear Applicant:
I have reviewed the above referenced application for the Planning Division and it was found that the
following information, corrections, or clarifications need to be addressed before review can continue:
Sound Levels: The manufacturer's spec sheet provided has spec for two different models, BOVB36-18 and
BOVB60-18. The sound levels for both models exceed the maximum allowable per Chapter 5.30 of
Edmonds City Code (ECC), specifically ECC 5.30.040 and 5.30.050.
o Let us know which model is being selected.
o Provide detail about how sound levels will be mitigated.
