The first file contains the corrected/revised Elevations (pages A2.0 and A2.1) from our original approved plans. These elevations show the correct main floor top of subfloor at elevation 43.6', and our new proposed roof ridge elevation of 67.65' just below the computed maximum of 67.7'. In order to accomplish the needed roof peak reduction the previous ridge vent system was removed along with removing the top 3 inches of each of the truss peaks on the East-West ridge. The second file includes the revised truss engineering sheets showing the required gussets to reinforce the individual trusses prior to removing the top 3 inches. The trusses have all been reinforced in accord with these engineering requirements and the top 3 inches removed, with the replacement venting and roofing installed as in the approved plans. Our on -site construction manager also has a printed copy of these truss engineering sheets for the city inspector, who is also copied on this email with the PDF version attached. As per your direction the attached sheets are the only revisions to our approved plans. Please let us know if there are any questions and the amount due for any required review or inspection fees. Thank you John & Claire Murphy
