In accordance with your authorization, Cobalt Geosciences, LLC (Cobalt) has prepared a plan
review letter for the proposed development. In preparation of this letter, we have reviewed the
civil plan dated March 12, 2020 which shows the location of the proposed infiltration system.
We are in agreement with the geotechnical related information presented in the plans based on
our previous report for the project. We should be on site during infiltration system excavation to
verify/confirm soil conditions are as anticipated. Local overexcavation or other minor alterations
may be necessary.
