I'm not sure if this is the right place to send this. I have an update for this project. Firstly, we'd like to change the name of the establishment from Copperpot Bakery to Copper Rose Bakery. We've created a new business with that name. Is that ok to do with this application? Second I'd like to add sandwiches to our menu. I've attached an updated Food Preparation Steps sheet with sandwiches added. Is that also ok? Thanks! -Casey On Tue, Jan 11, 2022 at 11:03 AM Brenna Hoppe <bhoppe@snohd.org> wrote: Project: New Food Service Establishment Subject: Copperpot Bakery Address: 550 Main Street Edmonds, WA 98020 Hello Casey, The plans for the project listed above have been reviewed and approved by the Snohomish Health District — Food Safety Program.
