For the purpose of an elevator modernization project, the Sundstone HOA has unanimously
voted to retain the services of 16d LLC to install the required HVAC/mechanical system to
condition the existing elevator machine room at the Sundstone Condominium, 1414 9th Ave N,
Edmonds, WA 98020. Please allow 16d LLC to proceed in the procurement of the necessary
permits to do this work.
