The site conditions do not match the approved plans. Please modify all driveways, gravel walkways,
and landscape areas per the following correction items:
1. Remove all gravel from the City right-of-way.
a. Replace these areas with landscaping per the approved plans.
2. Remove the second gravel driveway on the northwest side of the property.
a. A second driveway connecting to the street will not be approved. You can redirect the
gravel to create a walkway toward the side yard as shown on the approved plans.
3. Remove concrete in the City right-of-way.
a. No new concrete shall extend past the property line (typically this is the back of the
water meter). This applies to both the concrete on the east and west sides of the
driveway.
b. Please replace the concrete in the right-of-way on the west side of the driveway with
asphalt per the approved plans.
4. Please provide an updated impervious surface calculation for the project.
a. If the total new and/or replaced impervious surfaces for this project exceed 2,000 SF (the
approved plans call for 1772 SF), then stormwater management shall be required.
5. All soils shall be compost amended and stabilized prior to final of the permit.
