Subject: Stratford Square
Hi Michele,
We are planning on putting in a retaining wall and fixing the drainage situation along the south east corner of my property. The construction is estimated to take 4 weeks and our hope
is to have it done before October.
We will be temporarily removing the section of fence between Rose Ridge and Stratford Square and will replace/rebuild it when finished.
We are requesting that Stratford Square give us permission for a temporary Construction Easement 5 feet into the property and 15 feet long from the back of the fence along the Rose Ridge
border.
Please let us know if that is acceptable to Stratford Square.
We will provide the construction schedule once we have it from the contractor.
