Palmer Geotechnical Consultants (PGC) onsite as requested to observe the drainage section behind the
new bluff crest wall.
Since the last site visit on Monday, September 20, 2021, PGC observed that the boards and waler had
been attached. Additionally, the drainage section behind the wall was in the process of being installed.
PGC observed that separation fabric had been placed in all directions behind the wall. Drain rock had
been placed in the base of the section and a 4-inch drain pipe had been installed approximately 3.5 feet
below the top of the wall. The drain was closed at both ends and tied into the existing storm drain with
sufficient fall.

The work observed today was in general conformance with the project documents and specifications.
