Whereas Robin W. Michel and Gregory Pinneo are the owners
of the following legally described property:
Tract 5, Forshee's Upland Tracts, according to the plat thereof
recorded in Volume 13 of Plats, page 57, in Snohomish County,
} " Washington. (Hereafter referred to as Parcel 1 )
Whereas an important consideration to the owners of Parcel I
is the ability to provide storm water drainage service to Parcel 1.

This cannot be done without obtaining a utility easement over the
property owned by Mickey Monson located two parcels south of
Parcel 1.
Whereas Mickey Monson is the owner of the property located
at 21317 76th Avenue West, Edmonds, Washington, legally
described as:
Tract 7, Forshee's Upland Tracts, according to the plat thereof
recorded in Volume 13 of Plats, pae 57, in Snohomish County,
Washington.
hereafter referred to as Parcel 3 which is two parcels to the south
boundary of Parcel 1.
NOW, therefore, the parties agree _s foilows:
1. Mickey Monson, being of sound mind and body, owner of Parcel 3
now grants to Robin W. `afic`-el and Gregory M. Pinneo, owner of
Parcel 1, an uti:ity easement for storm water, drainage over, under
and across ; East 15.00 feet --):` Parcel .
2. This utility easement shall b-c perpetual and shall run with the
land for benefit and burdens ,f heirs ar.d successors in interest to

3. As consideration for the granting of such permanent easement,
Robin W. Michel and Gregory Pinneo promise and shall be required
