Dear Ms. Nelson,
I am the Home -Owners Association president for the Rose Ridge Condominium. I am writing to
inform you that we approve of the plans and the project that John Rubenkonig has prepared and
recently submitted to the city on our behalf.
Erosion has caused a portion of the rear fence at the south east corner of our property to collapse.
This project will repair that damage and shore up the other portions of the rear (east) property line
and the fence located there. John Rubenkonig is acting as our agent for the application. Any
communication from the city should go through him and then to me.
