General Notes
1. All design and installation is in accordance with N FPA 13 2916 and the City of
Edmonds..
2. All material and equipment to be new and U L listed or FM approved.
3. New Black Schedule 40 Steel Pipe.
4. 1" Threaded pipe and fittings.
5. Piping dimensions are cut length.
6. Hangers and method of hanging to be in accordance with N FPA 13 2916.
i. Joining of pipe and fittings, threaded and welded shall be in accordance with
NFPA13,016.
8. Owner to provide adequate heat to prevent pipe from freezing in areas protected
by wet pipe sprinkler system.
9. Structural adequacy of the building to support the sprinkler piping is the
responsibility of the owner and/or structural representative.
