Filter socks will be added to any catch basins downstream from the construction site per Edmonds City standard detail ER-902. 2. If the remaining (16 ft wide X 25 ft deep) existing asphalt driveway will no longer function for a construction entrance, then a construction entrance will be installed per Edmonds City standard detail ER-901. 3. Orange protective barrier fencing shall be placed at the drip line of trees to remain and around areas proposed for low impact development techniques, such as rain gardens, infiltration systems, dispersion trench, etc., to protect the area from compaction. 4. Utilities will be installed as follows: a. Between the water service and dry utilities — power, phone, gas, cable — a minimum of three feet of horizontal separation and one foot vertical separation will be observed. b. Water and sewer line will be installed with a minimum of 10 feet of horizontal separation. 5. Existing sewer lateral to be TV'd by City's Public Works Department to determine if it is acceptable to re -use. An inspection will be scheduled with Edmonds Public Work Sewer Division, 425-771-0235. a. Sewer will be connected at minimum 3 ft north of the cleanout. b. The line shall run straight from the main (no angles) to the property line. c. The sewer main will be extended south as necessary in order to meet the above listed requirements. d. Pipe will be anchored if slope of the pipe exceeds 20%. 6. The second city sewer main is located across the street. 7. All Utilities shall be underground. 8. Restoration of utility patches as follows: a. The contractor shall restore (depending on the extent of disturbance) utility patches. Where the patch falls entirely within one travel lane, the overlay shall extend to the center of the roadway. If utility patch extends to both travel lanes, then Contractor shall restore full width of overlay. The contractor shall restore the disturbance by observing the required minimum of 20 feet length of one travel lane or both travel lanes of roadway, respectively. 9.
