We have made some changes to the initial remodel plans. Initially we were planning on extending the
kitchen area 3 %' by 8 % feet into the NW corner of the garage to allow for stackable washer and dryer .
The new plan would extend along the north wall of the garage adding 5 %' x 8' area to allow for standard
washer and dryer nas shelving .
To make the house appear less like a box in the garage there will be a door added to the north east wall
of the garage and a new single car garage door installed to enhance curb appeal.
The only change in the kitchen will be to add wall/cabinets to pantry and open wall in bathroom to use
old pantry as linen shelves .
We will be removing decorative shelf in living room to open entry.
