Note: Suite 300E was not approved by the customer. Additionally we did end up removing the
sheet rock at the customers request.. Proposed work as quoted to customer Counter Top Fire
Doors in suite 204 and 300B During our recent annual fire door inspection it was discovered that
the counter top fire doors failed inspection due to damaged release mechanisms for the tension
Description and release device. Due to the age of the doors we are unable to acquire parts to replace so
of Work: replacement of doors is the only option. We propose to furnish and install 2 new counter top fire
doors. These doors will be manual push up operation with interior slide lock. Doors will be
activated via fusible link. Removal and installation of new doors will require drywall to be removed
from the header and the jambs so we can access mounting hardware. This work must be
completed by others. Below pricing includes all materials, labor, lifts and equipment
