The arborist report notes trees 1 and 3 should remain stable and viable, so removal of those trees would not be approved as a hazard tree exemption. If the tree is located on the neighboring property, then that property owner will need to grant approval for removal. Please provide the following information for request to remove tree #2: • A site plan showing the vicinity of the tree • Written approval from the neighboring property owner to remove the tree if it's located on the neighbor's property. You may email the information to me and I will add the documentation to the building permit file. Regards, Michele Q. Szafran / Planner City of Edmonds / 121 5th Ave N. One of the trees we need to cut down and it's standing on the neighbors property. We have a temporary easement for that area. How can I get a permit to do it? Thanks, Leonid G.
