Winterbourne Landscape of Redmond, WA is pleased to submit this proposal for materials,
labor and equipment to install the commercial landscape per the plans drawn by Design 2426.
Scope to include the clean up of sub -grades, install an automatic irrigation system per the
design. Test coverage and adjust as necessary, provide a backflow test and winterize the
system the first season. Sleeving by others!
Provide and install 4 inches of 3-way imported topsoil, grade for positive drainage. Plant
designed plant materials per the design, stake all trees and grade in preparation to place 2
inches of medium bark to all beds.
Lawn to receive signature quality hydro -seed and set clock to water appropriately depending
on rainfall at the time of seeding. Apply additional fertilizer after 30 days.
Provide 1-year warranty on plant material and 60 days of maintenance as part of this proposal.
