a. The applicant/appellant, Ken Reidy, is appealing the Order to Correct Violation
Notice stating that it is improper for the City to attempt to force removal of the
shed during the pendency of their Quiet Title and Ejectment suit currently in
Snohomish County Superior Court, and requests that the OTC be stricken for
various reasons. The site is located at 771 Daley St. (FILE NO.
APL20090002).
