of Civil Violation and accompanying fines issued by the City of Edmonds Building Official for
multiple violations of the Edmonds Community Development Code in association with an auto sales
business located at 23029 Highway 99.

KG b. FILE NO. CU-99-21; Application by Richard Passey for a Conditional Use Permit for an
Accessory Dwelling Unit in the basement of the existing single-family residence, located at 825
Bell Street. The applicant is in the process of rebuilding the residence that he has owned an
occupied since 1961.

KK c. FILE NO. P-99-7; Application by Helleren Homes for a five -lot formal plat. The subject property
is approximately 2.20 acres and is zoned Single Family Residential RS-12. Subject property is
located at 20509 Maplewood Drive.

SB f. FILE NOS. CU-98-187 & AP-99-56; Hearing on an application by Holy Rosary for a Conditional
Use Permit to expand the existing school and church in a residential zone; and an appeal by The
Creekside Homeowners Association of the Environmental Determination for a Mitigated
Determination of Nonsignificance, issued by the City's SEPA Responsible Official. Expansion of
the school will ultimately allow for two classrooms for grades K-8 where there is only one per grade
currently. Expansion of the church will add approximately 200 new seats. All City of Edmonds
requirements for parking, water retention and other code issues will be complied with in this
application. The subject property is located at 760 Aloha Street and is zoned "Single -Family
Residential — RS-12."
