right-of-way adjacent to the property is currently 30-feet wide, with an additional 30 foot dedication
requirement. The applicant has requested the City review the need for 60-feet of right-of-way and
consider changing the map and thereby reducing the requirement to 30 feet. The subject site is
located at 8729 Main Street and is zoned Single Family Residential - RS-12.
KG b. FILE NO. AP-99-41; Appeal by Leo Petosa of the Code Enforcement Specialist's issuance of a
Order to Correct Violation and Notice of Civil Violation (City of Edmonds Enforcement File No.
ZE-98-74) for keeping of chickens in violation of ECDC Sections 16.20.010.B.4 and 21.20.030.
