KK a. FILE NO. ST-99-26; Application by Howland Homes, LLC to amend the Official Street Map. The
right-of-way adjacent to the property is currently 30-feet wide, with an additional 30 foot dedication
requirement. The applicant has requested the City review the need for 60-feet of right-of-way and
consider changing the map and thereby reducing the requirement to 30 feet. The subject site is
located at 8729 Main Street and is zoned Single Family Residential - RS-12.

expansion of their school at the existing location, 7620 242ndStreet SW. The site is within a
Neighborhood Business (BN) zone.

Permit to allow for the school building to be taller than the base allowed height of 25 feet in the
Public Use (P) zone. The Variance is to allow for the reduction of the parking requirement for
elementary schools from six stalls per classroom to 3.6 stalls per classroom. That results in a
reduction of the required parking from 144 to 80 stalls. The subject property is located at 21603
84t' Avenue West and is zoned "Public Use — P."
