FILE NO. AP-99-152; Appeal by Bert & Anna Loper of the Notice of Civil Violation issued by the
City of Edmonds for outstanding zoning and building code violations. The subject property is
located at 23637 Highway 99, Edmonds, WA.

SB b. FILE NO. V-99-119; Application by Tiffany & Scott Hansen to reconstruct their home and add an
addition. The proposed changes require variances to reduce the required street setback from 25-feet
to 20-feet, the side setbacks from a total of 35-feet with a minimum of 10-feet down to 8-feet on the
south property line and 10-feet on the north property line for a total of 18-feet and a Critical Areas
