a. FILE NO. CU-99-240: Application by Douglas DeGon and Eugene Whitmarsh to allow
their Crystal Clear Pool and Spa business as a home occupation. The subject
property is located at 732 Hemlock Street and is zoned Single -Family Residential (RS-
6).
b. FILE NO. CU-99-229: Application by Thomas Pinkham for a Conditional Use Permit to
allow an office as a Home Occupation at 554 Seamont Lane in the Single -Family
Residential (RS-6) zone.
c. FILE NO. V-99-189: Application by James Sciscoe for a variance to reduce the side -
yard setback from 10-feet to 7-feet to increase the pitch of an existing roof. The

d. FILE NO. V-2000-16: Application by Boo Han III for a variance to increase the
