a. FILE NO. V-99-179: Application by Armando and Sina Chilelli for a Critical Areas
Variance and Reasonable Use Exception to allow the construction of a single-
family residence and associated driveway across two wetlands (and the diversion
of the water from the wetlands to allow for a foundation) located at 16414 75t"
PI. W. and is zoned Single Family Residential (RS-20).
b. FILE NO. ADB-99-39/CU-99-40: Consolidated Architectural Design Review and
Conditional Use Permit Application by Dennis Chinn of Shinomi Investments, to
allow the outdoor storage of automobiles for sale and other site improvements.
Subject site is located at 23029 Highway 99 and is zoned General Commercial
(CG).
c. FILE NO. V-2000-35: Application by Teresa Aldridge for a Critical Area Variance
to allow the installation of a soldier pile retaining wall within the steep slope
critical area buffer to protect the construction of a single family residence in the
Meadowdale Landslide Hazard Area. Site is located at 15604 75t" PI. W. and is
zoned Residential Single Family (RS-20).
d. FILE NO. V-99-227: Application by Ferenc & Olga Gergely for a Street Setback
Variance and a Critical Areas Variance to allow for the addition to an existing
single-family residence. The street setback variance is to reduce the minimum
setback from 20-feet to 6-feet and the Critical Areas Variance is to reduce the
steep slope buffer and building setback from minimum of 25-feet (with the
approval of a geotechnical engineer) to 0-feet. The site is located at 821
Edmonds St. and is zoned Residential Single Family (RS-6).
