existing carport and reduce side property line from 10-feet to 8.5-feet. The site
is located at 8831 Main Street and is zoned Single -Family Residential (RS-12)
zone. HEARING RESCHEDULED TO MAY 18, 2000 AT THE APPLICANT'S
REQUEST.
B. FILE NO V-00-17 / CU-00-18: Application by Arbor Gardens for an assisted
living facility. The project will consist of 106 units in a three story building and a
basement. A variance to the maximum height of 30 feet in the RM zone of 2.8
feet is also requested. The project is located at 22617 761" Avenue West and is
zoned RM-1.5.
