V-2000-77 & V-2000-78: Applications by Kmart to allow two separate signs to be mounted on their building over the 14 foot height limit. The main sign would 24.5 feet above grade and the "Pharmacy" sign would be 17.75 feet above grade. Both over the 14 foot height limit for signs.
