A.. FILE NO. V-2001-15: Variance application by Roger Newell to increase the
allowable height from 25-feet to 31.6875-feet. The property is located at
16616 761" Avenue W and is zoned (RS-12) single family residential. (HEARING
CONTINUED FROM APRIL 4, 2001.)
B. FILE NO. V-2001-10: Variance application by Jennifer Mantooth to increase
the allowable height from 25-feet to 35-feet. The property is located at 7220
North Meadowdale Road and is zoned (RS-20) single family residential.
C. FILE NO. P-2001-22: A Formal Plat application by Michel Construction to
create 10 lots from an existing lot. Eight of the lots would be single family lots
in an RS-8 zone, while the remaining two lots would be in an RM-1.5 multi-
family zone. This hearing will be for approval of the plat and any SEPA appeal
that might be submitted prior to the SEPA appeal deadline. The property is
located at approximately 9601 Edmonds Way and is zoned both (RS-8 and RM-
1.5) Single Family Residential and Multi -Family Residential.
