A. FILE NO. ADB-2001-43/V-2001-44: Application by Edmonds Open Bible
Church for a variance to reduce the front setback from 15-feet to 5-feet at 657
Daley St. The site is zoned Multiple Residential (RM-1.5).
B. FILE NO. V-2001-57: Application by Dwight Davis to allow two additions to
encroach into required setbacks. The northwest addition would require
approval of a street and side setback variance, reducing the street setback from
25' to 23'-8" and the side setback from 10' to 8'. The southeast addition would
require the reduction of the side setback from 10' to 6'-4". The property is
located at 8226 187t" St. SW and is zoned Single Family Residential (RS-12).
C. FILE NO. AP-2001-36: Appeal of a Notice of Civil Violation regarding docks at
7409 - 242nd Place SW. Appellants are Murl and Jolene Cox.
D. FILE NO. LL-2001-4/AP-2001-64: Appeal by Carl Pearson (applicant) of a
lot line adjustment of staffs decision that no decision can be made on the
proposed lot line adjustment until property line and title issues are resolved.
The property is located at 16319 75' PI. W. and is zoned Single Family
Residential (RS-20).
