review of a seven lot Plat and Planned Residential Development located at 7707
171St St. SW. The site is zoned RS-12 (Single Family Residential - 12,000 sq.
ft. minimum lot size). (HEARING CONTINUED TO MAY 2ND).
B. FILE NO. V-02-42: Application by Tony Shapiro for a Reasonable Use
Exception and Critical Areas Variance to allow the construction of a single-family
residence at 18105 Sunset Way. The site is zoned RS-12 (Single Family
Residential - 12,000 sq. ft. minimum lot size).
C. FILE NO. AP-02-57: Appeal by Peter Northrup of Building Official's
interpretation of rockery hazard at 836 Olympic Ave. The site is zoned single
family residential (RS-12).
D. FILE NO. AP-02-7 / ZE-01-109: Appeal by John Fawcett of a staff
determination that certain vegetation did not constitute a "hedge". The
appellant's property is located at 7527 172nd Street SW and the site with the
vegetation is located at 7529 172nd Street SW and are both zoned Single Family
Residential (RS-20). (HEARING CONTINUED FROM MARCH 2111).
E. FILE NO. AP-02-20: Appeal by Stephen Waite of a staff decision regarding
water system improvements required for file S-01-159. The appellant's
property is located at 1152 2nd Ave. S. and is zoned Single Family Residential
(RS-6). (HEARING CONTINUED FROM MARCH 21st).
