Mr. Bullock is the staff person here, and the applicants are ... It is actually for Garden Cottages, is the name of the PRD and the applicants are Garbe/Weller. Mr. Bullock. Mr. Bullock: Thank you, Mr. Examiner. It appears to be the only people in the audience right now are actually the proponents of the project. I will give you just brief little background and I ... Mr. McConnell: I have seen the project underway. I have read the staff report. I have been to the site. Mr. Bullock: I have one correction, or two corrections, to make to the staff report in that under review process and under decision, I mistakenly left it as the previous process. It should be that the Hearing Examiner is going to be issuing a recommendation to the Council for a final decision. So the decision would be that the subdivision and PRD should be recommended for approval with the following conditions. Mr. McConnell: And the second one was... Mr. Bullock: is under the decision on Page 2. The bold section, just subdivision and PRD should be recommended for approval with the following conditions. Mr. McConnell: Okay. Mr. Bullock: I don't know if it was clear in the report, but they had actually made an application with the ADB last summer or fall and got that approved. It is now that they have decided that they want to try and sell them as fee simple lots instead of condominiums, which is why they are going through the PRD process now. Mr. McConnell: Okay. I understood that. Mr. Bullock: Okay. I will just leave my presentation at that, with the submittal of the staff report into the record as Exhibit A. Mr. McConnell: Okay, with six attachments. Who is here representing the applicant? Could I get you up here at the microphone? Mr. Garbe: I am John Garbe, with Garbe/Weller Construction Company. Address, 12616 — 49t1i Avenue West, Mukilteo, 98275. I don't really have a statement other than to just say this is a simple appeal for change of ownership. I am happy to answer any questions you have about the project. Mr. McConnell: This is a pretty straight forward situation. I mean it is going from basically one form of ownership to another and nothing else changes on the land. Mr. Garbe: That's right. Mr. McConnell: No matter where the lines are, one can't see when they drive by. Mr. Bullock: Exactly. Mr. McConnell: I think I understand. Thank you. Anything further from anyone. Okay.
