A. FILE NO. V-02-150: Application by Dean and Amy Whitehouse to reduce the
required 10' east side yard setback to 8.25'. The purpose of the Variance is to
allow for a completed carport to maintain its current setback from the east
property line. The house is located at 8810 236t" St. SW and is zoned Multi-
family Residential (RM-1.5).
B. FILE NO. V-02-159: Application by Heather Cheeks to reduce the required
the required 7.5' south side setback to 1". The purpose of the Variance is to
allow for a previously constructed garage to maintain its current setback from
the south property line. The house is located at 22920 102nd PI. W. and is
zoned Single-family Residential (RS-8).
C. FILE NO. V-02-185: Variance request by Ron Trickett to reduce the required
street setback along Olympic View Drive from 25' to 5.5.' The purpose of the
request is to allow for a storage shed within the rear portion of the lot. The
property is located at 18025 69t" PI W and is zoned Single Family Residential
(RS-12).
