A. FILE NO. AP-02-177: Appeal by Nancy Webster of a staff decision to deny an
Accessory Dwelling Unit application. The site is located at 826 Driftwood Place.
The site is zoned Single -Family Residential (RS-12).
B. FILE NO. V-02-154, 155, and 191: Application by North Crest Development
for a Reasonable Use Exception and Critical Areas Variance to allow a house to
be constructed within a steep slope critical area, and for a variance to reduce
the required street setback from 25 feet to 7.5 feet. The property is located at
20920 Hillcrest Place and is zoned Single -Family Residential (RS-8).
C. FILE NO. V-02-175: Application by Welcome Market, Inc. for design review of
site improvements and, a variance request to increase the allowable sign height
from 14' to 274". The site is located at 22511 Highway 99, Edmonds and is
