Hoover Inc. for a variance to allow a house to be at 28 feet instead of the required 25-foot height limit, and for the same house to maintain a 20-foot front setback instead of the required 25-foot street setback to 691h Place W. The site is located at 17122 - 69th Place W. (lot 3, Steinman's Meadowdale Estates) and is zoned Planned Residential Development (PRD-2002-40). C. File No. V-05-53: Application by R.H. Hoover Inc. for a variance to allow a house to be at 28 feet instead of the required 25-foot height limit, and for the same house to maintain a 20-foot front setback instead of the required 25-foot street setback to 69th Place W. The site is located at 17118 - 69th Place W. (lot 4, Steinman's Meadowdale Estates) and is zoned Planned Residential Development (PRD-2002-40). D. File No. V-04-8: Application for a variance to reduce a rear setback from 25 feet to 10 feet for the construction of a new single family residence. This application has been remanded by the City Council to the Hearing Examiner to hold a public hearing to provide additional testimony and findings on the issues and criteria regarding the setback variance. Only parties of record to the original Hearing Examiner decision under File No. V-04-8 may provide additional testimony regarding this application. The site is located at 1142 Sierra Place and is zoned single-family residential (RS-12). The project applicants are Darryl and Shari Lewis.
