A. FILE NO. V-06-81: Variance application by Gary Trunkhill for the
reduction of the minimum 25 foot street setback along 171st to 18.2 feet
and for the reduction of the minimum 10 foot side setback along the
east property line to 2.2 feet to allow a carport. This property is located
at 7707 171st Street SW in the Single -Family Residential (RS-12) zone.

B. FILE NO. V-06-102: Application by TCA Architecture on behalf of
Raymond Bogaert for two side -yard setback variances to allow a new
house to be constructed at 5 feet to the north property line and 8 feet to
the south property line instead of the required 10-feet side setbacks.
Chimneys and eaves will intrude further into those setbacks. The site is
at 18600 Sound View Place, and is zoned Single -Family Residential (RS-
