A. FILE NO. CU-2006-121: Conditional Use Permit by Pagliacci Pizza to
allow extended hours of operation (from 11:00 pm until midnight) at
10200 Edmonds Way in the Neighborhood Business (BN) zone.
B. FILE NO. V-06-120: Variance request by Lee Michaelis for Nikolay Fil
to reduce the street setback along 2001" Street SW from the required 25
feet to 22 feet to allow construction of a new single-family home at
20OXX 80t" Avenue W. (SE corner of 200t" St. SW and 88t" Ave. W.) in
the Single -Family Residential (RS-8) zone.
C. FILE NO. V-06-81: Variance application by Gary Trunkhill for the
reduction of the minimum 25 foot street setback along 171st to 18.2 feet
and for the reduction of the minimum 10 foot side setback along the
east property line to 2.2 feet to allow a carport. This property is located
at 7707 171st Street SW in the Single -Family Residential (RS-12) zone.
