During intake review of the project plans, it was found that the following information must be
provided before this application can be accepted:
Application fee: The application fee for this review is $3,265.00. Please contact the
Development Services front desk to arrange payment at 425-771-0220.
2. Cover letter: Submit a cover letter explaining the need for the project and describing
how the proposed short plat meets the subdivision ordinance in Chapter 20.75 ECDC.
3. EUC contact form: Submit a completed Edmonds Utilities Contact form E28.
4. Tree retention plan: Per ECDC 23.10.060, submit a tree retention plan and arborist
report that describes compliance with ECDC 23.10.060 - ECDC 23.10.080.
