The Owner has initiated architectural changes to the design of the Hyundai Sales & Service facility
currently under construction by prior building permit and approved revisions. It is hoped that the
following revisions to the design can be reviewed expeditiously so the Owner can keep to the
current construction schedule-
• Infill double high space for an addition of floor space at the second floor for parts storage
• addition of a wheelchair lift to access the second floor attached to the north stair
• the redesign of the service staff amenities to include and additional unisex restroom and
revised breakroom 122
• the reintroduction of interior glass partitions at Office 102 and 103, similar to prior
submittal
• revise General Manager office 110 into Customer Waiting area
• Service Manager 117 moved to garage shop area
• Mirrored Men's 112 and Women's 113 restroom configuration
• Added Part's Manager 129 to first floor parts storage area
• Created an open space for Retail 126 and Cashier 118 in former closed office area
• Garage doors at Service Reception 114 were widened 2 feet to 20 feet total
No new architectural drawing sheets have been created for this revision submittal. Structural revisions
associated with the design modifications have been prepared by ARW Engineers and are included with
this revision submittal. No changes to the Civil Drawings have been undertaken and are therefore are
not submitted with this permit revision.
The Architectural and Structural drawing sets have been revised, related to the above and denoted as
Revision #5 with clouds and triangle on the following drawing sheets.

4. Floor plan A2.1 describes changes to wall layout for rooms 102,103,110, 112, 113, 118, 122, and
129. A wheel chair lift is shown as added at the bottom landing of the north stair up to parts
storage, as per prior discussion and agreement, to meet accessibility requirements
5. A2.1.1 shows associated wall type construction, including insulation for conditioned rooms
adjacent to the semi- heated service garage.
6. Reflected ceiling plan A2.2 coordinates ceiling changes for the above and adds insulation at the
rooms adjacent to semi heated garage area
7. Second floor plan A2.3 shows wheel chair lift at upper landing of north stair, expanded storage
area and roof access ladder
8. Reflected Ceiling Plan A2.4 shows roof access ladder and lighting at extended storage space
9. Roof plan A2.5 shows roof access hatch
10. 2/A3.0 shows extent of new parts storage area on second floor
11. Elevations 2/A4.0 and 3/A4.0 show the addition of an overhead roll -up door at the east and
west walls of the unheated Service Reception 114 area.
12. The interior door schedule on A5.1 has been revised to reflect the modifications to the rooms
described in A2.1
13. Interior elevations and a plan have been added for the restrooms 121 and 126 to depict
accessibility and fixture call outs. The wheel chair lift accessibility for top and bottom landings is
depicted in 7/A6.0
