Dear Kristin:
This is a scope of revisions letter for the Doug's Hyundai Project. We are proposed to revise
the (Utility Plan) fire service connection to a wet tap in lieu of a cut -in connection. We have
clouded the plan revision on attached sheets C5.00-3: Utility Plan and C5.10-3 Utility Details.
This is revision #2 (delta 2) for the project from civil.
