I reviewed the above building permit applications on behalf of the Planning Division. During
review of the subject submittal, I found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications need to be addressed. Please respond to the following items so that review may
continue:
Maximum Noise Level: Please be aware of the maximum permissible sound level of 55 dB(A),
or 45 dB(A) overnight (ECDC 5.30). Time -limited exemptions do permit excursions above these
limits (see ECDC 5.30.050). Mechanical equipment exceeding these limits may be cause for
code enforcement. No action or response is required — this is for applicant and owner
information.
