1. Prior to receiving final construction approval from the Engineering Division, mud frame and
risers in control manhole #5.
2. Fill in flower beds on the west side of the building behind the sidewalk.
3. Back up the edge of the sidewalk on the south side of the alley off of 2nd Ave S.
4. Install a double -sided blue raised pavement marker in the center of 2nd Ave S even with the new
fire hydrant.
5. Paint the curb yellow in front of the fire hydrant on 2nd Ave S.
6. All the tree grates are installed upside down. Flip over all the tree grates on Main St and on 2nd
Ave S.
7. Provide project as-builts for everything that was installed.
