Dear Kristin Johns,
Thank you for your time assisting with this formal revision request on Graphite I. We
are submitting proposed elevation material revisions along the south fagade of the
building. Previously, the left side of the south fagade was shown to be corten steel
panels along the alley. The corten is also shown around all four sides of the
architectural towers. We are proposing to change the length of the wall in the alley to
concrete board panels and to change the south sides of the towers to concrete board
panels. The concrete board panels will match the color of the corten. As this elevation
fronts an alley, we feel as though this material change does not alter the design intent.
