Robert Dunn of Coates Field Service, Inc. on March 12, 1986. You may
be assured that the parcel listed above is, in fact, located in Edmonds
and is not subject to the Local Improvement District #54 that
Mountlake Terrace is using to help pay for their local share. The City
of Edmonds will use our one-half cent gas tax funds to augment the
Urban Arterial Board monies for these street improvements.
I hope this letter will ease your concerns when working through the
sale of the right-of-way needed to have this project proceed.
