RE: Increased Detention Storage for Funtasia Go Kart Addition
As we discussed late last week the existing detention system would be adequate for the
Go Kart addition if a 10 year design storm and a 10 year release rate was acceptable to
the City. Since a 25 year design storm with a 10 year release rate is required additional
detention volume will be needed. The following oaken indicate a toted of 1,606 CF of
detention is needed for the combined baling cage and Go Kart improvernents. As the
drawings Indtcated we a providing a total oT 1,wo OF. The revised drawing will be
dellvered under separate Caveat he Project Architect, Warren LaFon,
