The following are my comments regarding the letter to you from Cascade
Savings dated October 29, 1982:
1. It appears that the building permit was issued on December 2,
1977 and unless it has been renewed, I assume it has expired.
2. . The moratorium on development does not allow for new buildings.
3. The preliminary assessment roll shows an estimated cost of
$.9,875 for this property owner's share for the sanitary sewer.
4. & 5. I do not have a copy of the moratorium ordinance, but I under-
stand there is no limitation on remodeling a home if there are
no new kitchens, washrooms, bathrooms, or bedrooms added.
6. I do not understand the question. Each property in the L.I.D.
boundary has had a preliminary assessment and all property owners
were sent notices.

Pursuant to your conversation with an acquaintance of mine, I am enclosing
those documents I have obtained which may help you in answering the following
questions. If this' -information is incomplete, please contact me so that I may
inquire further from the present owner. Your assistance in this matter is
greatly appreciated.
1) Can the property located at 15726 7.5th Ave. West (only a new foundation
remains) be built upon utilizing the old building permit or must a new one
be obtained? The problem here is that there was an existing house which
was accidentally destroyed while the new foundation was being poured.
2) If building is permitted, what limitations are there?
3) What amount will be assessed on this property when sewers are put in?
4) At this particular time can a building permit be obtained to remodel the home
adjacent to the empty lot?
5) If a permit is granted what limitations are there in remodeling a home in
this area?
6) What amount will be assessed on this second property when sewers are put in?
