On 12/2/2020, I field verified the elevation of the roof of the new residence located at
21811 95th Ave. W, Edmonds, WA 98020. The elevation of the roof ridge is 124.90 feet
(NAVD 88).
A maximum roof elevation of 126.63 feet above sea level is indicated on the approved
site plan for permit number BLD2020-0402, as approved by Kevin Bloomfield on
7/1/2020.
