Please submit revised plans/documents including a written response to each item below. City of Edmonds handouts, standard details, application and other forms, and development code may be referenced on the City website: www.edmondswa.gov under Services/Permits and Development. SITE PLAN 1) Please include the roof overhang in the total impervious surface area and revise the plans accordingly. • Please note that meeting or exceeding 2,000 SF of new/replaced impervious area requires stormwater management. 2) Show the side sewer on the plans. If any portion of the side sewer needs to be replaced or extended for the proposed addition, please submit a Side Sewer Permit Application. 3) Please show the water service line from the water meter to the house on the plans. TESC 1) Show filter fence on the plans and incorporate and reference City standard detail ER-900. 2) Show construction entrance on the plans. If the existing driveway is to remain and will be used as the construction entrance during the proposed work, please indicate as such on the plans. 3) Please show and add a note to the plans that filter socks will be added to downstream catch basins. Reference City standard detail ER-902. 4) Please provide the location of the temporary stockpile, if applicable. Add a note that the stockpile is to be covered within 24 hours 5) Please add a note to the plans that all disturbed soils will be compost amended per BMP T5.13. 6) Add note: Install and maintain all TESC measures according to approved plans, City of Edmonds standard details, and all other measures that may be required during construction.
