During review, it was found that the following corrections need to be addressed. Please submit updated plans with changes called out, any requested reports, and summarize the changes in a cover letter: 1. Updated critical area checklist: The existing critical area checklist for the site is more than 5 years old; please submit an updated critical area checklist (Handout P20). 2. Setbacks: Since this is a corner lot in the RS-8 zone, there are two 25' street setbacks (north/west) and two 7.5' side setbacks (south/east). Update Sheet A0.0 as appropriate. 3. Lot area: Verify the lot area is 115' x 70' or 8,050 sq. ft. and update the Lot Coverage calculation on Sheet A0.0 as appropriate. 4. Parking: Two off-street parking stalls are required. They may be tandem (stacked) but the size of each stall must be a minimum of 16.5' X 8.5'. Show the dimensioned stalls on Sheet A0.0. 5. Salon: A'salon' room is shown on Sheet A1.1. If the room is used as a hair salon or for a similar home occupation, a business license and conditional use permit is required for limited customer visits as described in Handout P42.
